HVHA Marketing LLC, doing business as Credit Repair Evolved (“CRE,” “we,” “us,” “our”) takes your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect the personal information you provide when you visit our website, enroll as a client, or engage with our services.

This policy is designed to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA), and the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA). By using our website or services, you consent to the practices described below.

Identity information: full legal name, date of birth, Social Security Number (required for credit bureau access)

Financial information: credit report data from SmartCredit, account balances on disputed items, payment method used for service enrollment
Account credentials: SmartCredit login credentials submitted through our encrypted Client Portal for dispute monitoring purposes

Information collected automatically:

IP address, browser type, device type, operating system
Pages visited on our website, duration of visit, referral source
Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 06)

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect exclusively for the following purposes:

To provide our credit repair services, including pulling credit reports, drafting and filing dispute letters, monitoring bureau responses, and executing the full 4-round protocol
To communicate with you about the status of your file, dispute outcomes, and service-related matters
To process payments for enrollment and, where applicable to your program, recurring monthly charges
To comply with legal obligations under CROA, FCRA, FDCPA, and applicable state and federal laws
To improve our services through aggregated analytics (never using personally identifiable information)
To respond to inquiries and provide customer support

We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent your data. We do not share identifying information with third-party marketers. Period.

How We Share Your Information

Your information is shared only with the following categories of recipients, and only when necessary to deliver the services you enrolled in:

Credit bureaus (Experian, Equifax, TransUnion) — for the sole purpose of filing disputes on your behalf as authorized by you
Creditors and furnishers — when we file direct disputes under FCRA § 623(b)
Government regulatory agencies (CFPB, state attorneys general, FTC) — when filing escalation complaints on your behalf
SmartCredit — for real-time credit monitoring; you maintain the SmartCredit relationship directly
Payment processors (Chargebee, Stripe, Zelle) — only the information required to process the transaction; we do not store full payment card numbers
Our case management software (DisputeProcess / Pulse) — for secure file storage, dispute tracking, and portal access
Legal authorities — when required by valid legal process (subpoena, court order)

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information:

256-bit encryption for all data in transit and at rest
Encrypted Client Portal for all sensitive document and credential submissions
Role-based access controls limiting internal staff access on a need-to-know basis
Regular security audits of our systems and third-party vendors
No plaintext storage of passwords or sensitive credentials

We will never request sensitive information via email, text message, or direct message. If you receive such a request claiming to be from CRE, it is not us — report it immediately through your Client Portal or at support@creditrepairevolved.co.

Depending on your state of residence, you have the following rights regarding your personal information:

Right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it
Right to request deletion of your personal information
Right to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information (note: we do not sell data)

Right to limit use and disclosure of sensitive personal information
Right to non-discrimination for exercising your CCPA rights

Under GLBA (all U.S. clients): You have the right to receive this privacy notice and to understand how we collect, use, and share your nonpublic personal information. We do not share nonpublic personal information with nonaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to:

Keep your Client Portal session active and secure
Remember your preferences between visits
Measure website traffic and usage patterns (aggregated, non-identifiable)
Track marketing campaign effectiveness (aggregated)

You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but certain portal and service features may not function correctly without them.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide services and comply with legal obligations:

Active client files: retained for the duration of our service engagement
Completed client files: retained for seven (7) years after service completion as required under CROA recordkeeping rules
Inquiries that do not result in enrollment: retained for up to two (2) years, then permanently deleted
Legal hold: information relevant to pending legal matters is retained until resolution

You may request earlier deletion under CCPA subject to applicable legal exceptions (including our CROA recordkeeping obligation for active and recently completed client files).

Children’s Privacy

Our services are not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with information, contact us immediately at support@creditrepairevolved.co and we will delete the information.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, applicable law, or services. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

For material changes affecting how we use existing client data, we will provide direct notice via email or through your Client Portal.
