Why speed matters: Credit bureaus have 30 days to respond once we file. Every day you wait to finish your roadmap pushes your first round of deletions back by the same amount. Most clients complete all three steps in under 10 minutes.

Roadmap complete. 🎉 Your file is activated. Your dispute team is now building Round 1 — your first status update lands by day 14.
Step 01 · Required
⏱ Estimated time: ~3 minutes

Activate your
live data feed.

SmartCredit is the real-time feed our dispute team uses to track every bureau response, monitor deletions as they hit, and push the next round of letters the moment they're triggered.

Why SmartCredit

Live feed. Real-time visibility.

The moment a deletion hits or a bureau responds — we see it. That's how we run the 4-round protocol on signal-driven cadence instead of monthly intervals.

SmartCredit is a third-party monitoring platform, not a CRE product. The $1 is their trial fee, not ours. After trial, their monthly subscription keeps the feed active for our team.

Step 02 · Required
⏱ Estimated time: ~5 minutes (skip if you already have an Experian account)

Create your Experian account.

An Experian account establishes your verified identity on file at Experian — the cleanest, most direct path your disputes can travel. If you already have one, jump straight to Step 03 and submit your existing login. If not, set one up below in about 5 minutes.

Already have an Experian account?

Skip the account-creation steps below. You'll still need to submit four things to us in Step 03: your Experian username, password, 4-digit account PIN, and security question + answer. If you don't remember your PIN or security answer, log in to Experian and update them now so you have them ready.

Why Experian

One verified profile. One direct path in.

Filing through your own verified Experian account shuts down the two biggest stall tactics — "we can't verify your identity" and "this doesn't appear to have been sent by you." It's one of the highest-leverage moves on your file.

  1. Click "Create Experian Account" below to open the sign-up page
  2. Enter your full legal name, address, SSN, and DOB
  3. Complete the identity-verification quiz
  4. Set a 4-digit account PIN — pick something memorable, and write it down (you'll send it to us in Step 03)
  5. Choose your security question & answer — write down both the question you selected and your exact answer (capitalization and spacing matter)
  6. Decline the paid upsells — the free account is all you need; do NOT enroll in any paid Experian product
  7. Confirm your email — profile active
Save these four things: username, password, 4-digit PIN, and security question + answer. You'll submit all four to us in Step 03 so our team can access your Experian account on your behalf and file your disputes.
Step 03 · Required · Final
⏱ Estimated time: ~5 minutes

Send us your logins.
We take over.

This is the final step. This is also the step every client asks about — so here's exactly what to do, in order. Once your logins reach us, your dispute team activates your file and Round 1 letters begin drafting immediately.

How to submit · 5 steps

Inside your Credit Repair Evolved app — Message Center.

Download the Credit Repair Evolved app

Why we only collect logins inside the app

Your Client Portal app is the only secure place we collect login details. We will never ask for your logins by text, email, or phone — if anyone ever requests them through those channels, it isn't us. Inside the app, your credentials are encrypted in transit and only used by your dispute team to monitor and dispute on your behalf. You can change either password at any time to revoke access.

Results DisclosureTestimonials reflect individual client outcomes and are not representative of typical results. Outcomes vary based on file complexity, the volume and type of derogatory items, furnisher and bureau response patterns, and client engagement. Credit Repair Evolved does not guarantee any specific score increase, deletion count, funding approval, or timeline. All clients receive the same protocol; outcomes are file-specific.

· Quick Answers

Before you
start.

The top questions at this step. Anything else — reach out through Support below.

Where exactly do I submit my logins?+

Inside your Credit Repair Evolved mobile app, in the Message Center. Download the app from the text we sent you, log in with the credentials we provided, sign the user agreement, then tap Messages → + New Message and paste in the login template from Step 03 above (SmartCredit + Experian only). We will never ask for your logins by email, text, or phone — the app's Message Center is the only place we collect them.

I can't find the text with the app link. What do I do?+

Text our support line at (619) 261-8465 and we'll resend the download link immediately. If you've already installed the app and just forgot your login, tap "Forgot Password" on the app's login screen to reset.

Why does SmartCredit cost $1?+

SmartCredit is a third-party monitoring service we use as your live data feed. The $1 is their trial fee, not ours. After the trial, their monthly subscription keeps your feed active — it's how we see deletions and bureau responses in real time.

Do I really need an Experian account?+

If you already have one, no — just submit your existing login in Step 03 and you're done with this step. If you don't, yes — please set one up. It's free, takes about 5 minutes, and filing through your own verified Experian account shuts down the "we can't verify your identity" stall tactic that bureaus use to ignore disputes. No credit card required; decline any paid Experian upsells when you create the account. Heads up: Experian requires a 4-digit account PIN and a security question + answer at account access — you'll need to submit all four pieces (username, password, PIN, and security Q+A) in Step 03 so our team can access the file on your behalf.

Is it safe to submit my passwords through the app?+

Yes — when submitted through your authenticated Client Portal app. Credentials are encrypted in transit and used only by your dispute team to monitor and dispute on your file. You can change either password (SmartCredit or Experian) at any time to revoke access, and you retain full control of your accounts throughout. Never submit credentials via plain text, email, or to anyone who calls or messages you outside the app.

How long until I see results?+

Most clients see their first deletions within 30–45 days of activation. Full optimization through all 4 rounds typically runs 90–120 days. Your first status update arrives on day 14, with real-time portal access 24/7 in between.

What if I get stuck during setup?+
