Why speed matters: Banking CRAs have up to 30 days under FCRA § 1681i to respond once we file. Every day you wait to register with ChexSystems pushes your first round of deletions back by the same amount. Activate now — momentum is everything when getting back into the banking system.
01 Your Final Action

Get your ChexSystems
report. Free.

ChexSystems is the consumer reporting agency that 80%+ of U.S. banks use to screen new account applications. Under FCRA § 1681j you're entitled to your full consumer disclosure report at no cost. Register, pull your file, and submit your credentials inside your Client Portal — that's all we need to start filing.

Why ChexSystems

Your file. Free by federal law.

ChexSystems controls the banking record that decides whether you can open a checking, savings, or debit account. If you've been declined at multiple banks, this is the file that did it. Pulling it is free under the Fair Credit Reporting Act — registration takes about 5 minutes and gives us the exact report we need to start engineering your disputes.

ChexSystems is operated by Fidelity National Information Services (FIS). The disclosure report is 100% free to you — there is no trial fee, subscription, or charge of any kind.

After Registration → Submit Login Inside Your Portal

Once ChexSystems registration is complete, log in to your Client Portal and submit your ChexSystems username and password through the secure form there. Your portal is the only place login credentials should be submitted — never by email, text, or phone. The moment we receive your credentials, your team pulls your file, audits it, and your initial dispute correspondence begins drafting immediately.

02 Additional Banking CRAs

Boost your
removal rates.

ChexSystems is the most common, but most banks pull from multiple Banking CRAs. Chase, Bank of America, and Wells Fargo also check Early Warning Services. Retailers and check cashers use TeleCheck and Certegy. Even a clean ChexSystems doesn't get you back in if a flag remains on one of the others. Our team disputes all four.

Why This Increases Removal Rates

Pulling your own disclosure reports from each Banking CRA before we file gives us verified baseline files for every dispute. It also surfaces entries you may not know exist — banks report to EWS even when ChexSystems is clean, and vice versa. The more files we audit upfront, the harder it is for any single CRA to leave a flag in place after Round 1. Each disclosure is free under FCRA § 1681j.

01
Early Warning Services
  1. By default, we order your EWS report electronically — typically takes a few business days to arrive
  2. To speed this up: call EWS directly (see fast-track box below) and they'll authenticate you and release your file the same day
  3. Used by major banks — Chase, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Capital One, US Bank, PNC
  4. If you've been declined by any of those banks, EWS is almost certainly part of the issue
  5. Upload any documents you receive to your Client Portal within 72 hours
Visit EWS Consumer Site
02
TeleCheck
  1. Used primarily by retailers and grocery stores to verify checks at point-of-sale
  2. Request your free disclosure online at firstdata.com/telecheck/consumers
  3. Or call TeleCheck Consumer Services at 1-800-366-2425
  4. If you've been declined when writing checks at retail, TeleCheck likely flagged you
  5. Upload your report to your Client Portal — we'll attack any inaccurate flags alongside ChexSystems
Visit TeleCheck Consumer Site
03
Certegy
  1. Used by check-cashing services and retailers nationwide
  2. Request your free disclosure at askcertegy.com
  3. Or call Certegy Consumer Services at 1-866-543-6315
  4. If you've been declined at check-cashing locations, Certegy is likely the source
  5. Upload your report to your Client Portal so we can dispute alongside ChexSystems and EWS

04 Banking CRA Coverage

One campaign.

Most ChexSystems removal services only touch ChexSystems. We dispute across every Banking CRA your file appears on — so when you walk into a bank afterward, there isn't a stray flag at EWS or Certegy still blocking you.

01
ChexSystems

Who uses it: 80%+ of U.S. banks and credit unions for account-opening screens

Our attack: FCRA § 611 reinvestigation demand to ChexSystems + § 623(b) direct furnisher dispute to every bank that reported the entry. Method-of-Verification demands on any "verified" response. Re-aging violations flagged where applicable.

02
Early Warning Services

Who uses it: Chase, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Capital One, US Bank, PNC, and most large banks

Our attack: EWS-specific dispute protocol with FCRA § 611 reinvestigation demand. Direct disputes filed with each reporting bank. We attack identity verification gaps and force documented chain-of-custody on every entry.

03
TeleCheck

Who uses it: Major retailers, grocery chains, restaurants — point-of-sale check verification

Our attack: Free annual disclosure pulled, every flag audited, FCRA § 611 disputes filed on inaccurate or unverifiable entries. Where data is stale or improperly furnished, we demand removal under accuracy standards.

04
Certegy

Who uses it: Check-cashing services, payday operators, supermarket chains

Our attack: Certegy disclosure pulled and audited. FCRA § 611 disputes filed on every inaccurate flag. § 623(b) demands to furnishing merchants. Cross-referenced against ChexSystems to catch duplicate reporting.

05 Quick Answers

Before you
activate.

The top questions we get at this step. Anything else — reach out through the support channels below.

Is ChexSystems really free? +

Yes — 100% free. Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA § 1681j), every consumer is entitled to a free annual disclosure report from every consumer reporting agency, including ChexSystems, Early Warning Services, TeleCheck, and Certegy. There is no trial fee, no subscription, and no payment of any kind to pull your file. If any site asks for a credit card to access your disclosure report, you're on the wrong page — use the registration link above.

Do I have to register with EWS, TeleCheck, and Certegy too? +

Not required, but strongly recommended. ChexSystems alone is enough to start work, but most banks pull from multiple Banking CRAs. Chase, BofA, Wells Fargo, Capital One, US Bank, and PNC all check Early Warning Services in addition to ChexSystems. Pulling each disclosure report is free under FCRA § 1681j and takes about 5–10 minutes per CRA. The more files we can audit upfront, the cleaner your post-program banking access.

How do I get my EWS report faster? +

Call Early Warning at 1-800-745-1560. They authenticate you over the phone and release your file disclosure the same day. Hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST — closed on national holidays. If you wait for our electronic order it typically takes a few business days; the phone call gets it to you immediately and lets us file disputes faster.

Where do I submit my ChexSystems login? +

Inside your Client Portal — the same portal you created in Step 02. There's a secure section to enter your ChexSystems username and password. Never send login details via email, text, or phone. Your portal is the only secure place to submit them. The moment they hit your portal, your team pulls your file and your audit begins.

How long until I see results? +

All program filings complete within 7–10 business days of activation. Banking CRAs then have up to 30 days under FCRA § 1681i to complete their reinvestigation, so final deletions and status changes typically arrive between Day 30 and Day 45. No specific deletion, outcome, or bank approval is guaranteed; refund eligibility is governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Will this guarantee I can open a bank account? +

No service can guarantee a future bank approval — CROA prohibits such guarantees, and any company that makes them is in violation of federal law. What we commit to is the work: we prepare and file complete dispute correspondence across all applicable Banking CRAs within the program window, after which the CRAs conduct their reinvestigation. No specific deletion, outcome, or bank approval is guaranteed; refund terms are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Most clients with successfully removed Banking CRA flags do regain account-opening eligibility, but each bank's underwriting criteria varies.

What if I get stuck during setup? +

Text the support line below — we respond within an hour during business hours. If you'd rather walk through it live, book a 15-minute setup call via the link at the bottom of this page. We're invested in getting you through setup quickly — every day saved on activation is a day shaved off your total timeline.

Can I do this from my phone? +

Yes — everything is fully mobile-optimized. ChexSystems registration, your Client Portal, the Banking CRA disclosure pages, and every page in this onboarding flow work on any device. The EWS phone call (1-800-745-1560) also works from any mobile phone — that's the only step that's actually faster from your phone than your desktop.
