Your portal is the only place login credentials should be submitted — never by email, text, or phone. SmartCredit is a third-party monitoring service we use as your live data feed. The $1 is their trial fee, not ours. After the trial period, their monthly subscription covers the cost of keeping your feed active — it's how we see deletions and bureau responses in real time. Without it, we're working blind and disputes slow down significantly.

Where do I submit my SmartCredit login? +

Inside your Client Portal — the same portal you created in Step 02. There's a secure section to enter your SmartCredit username and password. Never send login details via email, text, or phone. Your portal is the only secure place to submit them.

Is it safe to give you my SmartCredit password? +

Yes — when submitted through your encrypted Client Portal. Credentials are stored securely and used only by your dispute team to monitor your file in real time. You can change your SmartCredit password at any time to revoke our access, and you retain full control of your account throughout the protocol.

How long until I see results? +

Most clients see their first deletions within 30–45 days of activation. Total file optimization through all 7 rounds typically runs 6–9 months depending on your file's complexity. Your first comprehensive status update arrives on day 14, and you have real-time portal access 24/7 for updates in between.

What if I get stuck during setup? +
